please HELP - type English on Physical Spanish Keyboard

We have a physical Spanish keyboard on a MacBook Pro. We want to change the language to English (we can do this bit ! ) BUT we want to actually see the English character, e.g. Question Mark ? when we press the ? Key.

you can always use a Keyboard remapper like:
