Please help!!! Unlock iphone 3GS 5.16.05

Hi there,

I upgraded from iphone 3GS to iphone 4S. I would like to give my iphone 3GS to my mom who lives abroad. As of now, she can't use it because it's locked I accidentally upgraded my iphone 3GS to ios5 so it is now bb 5.16.05. I tried following steps here - http://www.iphonejailbreak.me/jailbreak-and-unlock-iphone-3gs-on-ios-5-baseband-5-16-05/ BUT i get an error 3149 - I am trying this on my windows laptop.
