Please help: unlocked 3G worked fine until iTunes update

Hi everyone,

I have an unlocked iPhone 3G, using iOS4.

This afternoon, I updated iTunes to the newest version (9.2.1). As soon as download finished, my iPhone screen shows picture of usb connector with arrow pointing to iTunes, and it says 'slide for emergency' on the bottom in multiple languages.

Please help; what can I do?
