Please help - VERY annoying sounds when clicked and while using keyboard keys

keyboard: It gives a bubbly sound, not the same but similar to the sound we got when we adjusted the voulme....

And when clicked using a trackpad, I get a very annoying sound similar to chopping sound, when you chop someething crunchy with a KNIFE.




I dont know how ,but I was going through settings in system preferences and by mistake made this change I think,


I dont know how to disable these noises, please help me asap....

please help....
