please help with bizarre finder folder in favorites!

I am linking to the screenshot. There is a bizarre file that is appearing in my favorites of finder .. I can't drag it out, I can't click on it ... I have no idea what it is. Appeared just after I upgraded to lion

You can remove items from the sidebar by holding the command key and dragging the item away.
