Please help with Blu-ray movie ripping and burning issues

You're in the wrong forum. You should be in the Apple TV and Home Theater forum.
For Blu-ray transcodes for other devices, such as the Apple TV, just use Make MKV and Handbrake. To play your Blu-ray discs under OS X, use Make MKV with VLC or MPlayer Extended. To make copies of your Blu-ray discs, the easiest thing to do is use AnyDVD HD under a Windows install, then burn to a Blu-ray disc with Toast.
