Hello Mac Geniuses,

So I recently bought a MacBook, previously had a PC, and synced my iPHone to the MacBook. Unfortunately I selected a wrong option and accidentally deleted all my contacts. The most recent backup I have on my PC is 3 months old, but I do have all of my contacts saved in Windows Contacts (Windows 7). Is there any way that I can somehow export my windows contacts and then import them into my macbook or back onto my iphone? Please help!

yes, just set up a Mobile me account its free for so many days. And you should be able to get them on your Mac when ever you do that. Pretty much self explanatory when you do it.

Export the contact information from Windows 7, I don't know but they are probably in VCard format. Then just copy it to the Mac in Address Book.
