Please help with iphone restore

Recently got new phone, thought I could backup to my old one on this computer. Unfortunately other family member backed theirs up under my name so when I clicked it thinking it was my account, it backed uped to theirs. Now I want to restore to factory settings but will this delete things off their account as they have v. important documents on phone. Thanks
