hello all...new to the forums glad to finally be a member
but i have one of the strangest iphone issues going on that i have ever seen!!!
ok its an ihpone 4, did the ios5 update the day of release(yes took about 3 hours cause i'm on the east coast) and i noticed shortly after my speaker phone was not working any longer..i could hear the person on the other end but they could not hear me..first i thought it was at&t signal lol but after making another call realized it was my phone..
however i should point out voice command still functions perfectly..
so went to my local apple store and they swaped it out no problem.
took the new phone home updated to ios5 again and backed up and everything seemed ok..well the other day went to use the speaker phone to make a call and it does not work again..same issue!!!!
now i'm believing it's something in my backup or software..not hardware!
so i wiped my phone clean and restored it as a new phone fully knowing i will lose all text messgages and app data and the speaker phone still will not work!
i am out of ideas and before i spend another morning driving to apple i would love if any of the guru's on this site could give their two cents please and thank u
