Please help with text/ voicemail issues

OK- I have searched everywhere but nothing for my problem. My iphone would receive texts and voicemail no problem. All of a sudden, recently I won't receive texts/ voicemails unless I turn my phone off then back on. I will then get a flood of texts from the last time I did this.

Any ideas at all?

AT&T issue or possibly iPhone problem?
