Please help with updating phone to 4.3!!!!

This is now my second phone from the apple store in 3 days ... I update to 4.3 and I get an error:1013 unable to update. then the iphone is stuck in restore mode ... !!!!

i had this problem, there's a line you need to edit in your hosts file. then it'll work fine. hopefully you've figured that out by now.
