Please help with Weathericon and 3.0 Beta 5

After I install it, do you know what I have to do next? I have tried editing the com.ashman.Weathericon.plist file with my location and I have tried using Overriding location in settings but I always have a question mark. I am unable to instal katra weather or anything due to Winterbaord doesn't work with 3.0.

Anything that relies on Mobile Substrate doesn't work in 3.0, which is most apps that work in the background or modify the system. You'll just have to wait for it to be updated.
