I had my macbook pro with OS Mountain Lion as for being a developer just to have iOS 8 early lol and im learning how to program last night my computer crashed and I had to reinstall operating system when I put my old CD it says

PS: I was beta testing Yosemite

1. OK, you had Lion, than you installed Yosemite, right ?

2. iOS-8 on your iPhone and you wanted to have both the new iCloud Drive on Yosemite and the iPhone, right ?

3. Your computer crashed and now with the $64,000 question. You want to install Lion again, is that right ?

4. You have a Notebook with a slot for a DVD/CD disk perhaps ?

Why don't you just boot up holding down the Command / Option / R key on the keyboard during boot up and this should pull down the recovery utility from the internet and it will reinstall whatever version the machine came with. Hopefully it came with Lion.
