Can anybody help on why this message keeps displaying on my iPhone 5?

this was a known hardware issue on the iphone 4/4s. everything people did to correct it failed, including myself. you can try going to your carrier and have them replace the sim card, which i also tried, but it didnt work. i ended up having the phone replaced. if you google it, you will see what i mean.
