I've noticed this message come up two times tonight while opening apps frequently. I'm not sure how many times it takes to trigger the message but I think it's a great improvement over the rate after delete system.

It offers a gateway for loyal app users and if your opening an app frequently, there is a good chance you enjoy that application. I think this rating system is going to do great things for great apps.

I'm sure people who have read your post appreciate your opinion but if no one wants to make a comment, then I don't think you need post again to ask for comments. After all you are not asking for advice or help. Or maybe like me, I don't really care if they want me to rate their apps or not.

I figured it was at least Page 2 news. The old rating system was pretty controversial and was taken away just prior to iOS4.

We now have a new rating system and I figured a newly found feature would be worth telling people about. Maybe not.

Can you replicate this on any other app? If yes, what are the steps to get this to popup.

The developer has to code it in. In other words, the dev is asking you to rate their app when you use it.
