Can't tell from the pictures, but as it has an expresscard slot instead of an sd card slot... NO, it is not the latest version.

It is the unibody but not the latest one. It doesn't have the integrated battery or the mini display port.

it is the unibody, but its the original unibody. It has a removable battery, not the 7+hour battery found in the newest models.
