Please post your external hard drive with Mavericks OS X that stays mounted

I'm looking for a external hard drive to buy. Every single hard drive I have googled so far, if they also have mavericks osx, there are many threads saying the hard drive keeps unmounting. I do not want to waste my time and money. So I am looking for a drive that does not unmount when the computer sleeps or is restarted. Does your hard drive stay mounted? Do you also have Mavericks installed? If so please post your model type. PS I need a 3 TB USB 3.

I have a segate slime drive that stays mounted all the time for Time Machine. It's only 500gb though. Never had a problem with it waking from sleep. I also have a samsung 840 evo 256gb I use as boot drive. Both usb3. I run them on a mac mini.

I have four drives in a USB 3.0 Mediasonic ProBox and another drive in a Plugable USB 3.0 SATA Dock, both on my Mac Mini, everything runs 24/7 and I've never had issues.
