please recommend me a 20-24 display

I just bought a ASUS 22 vw224U from newegg, it is cheap but the quality sucks! my macbook air is Rev A (not sure, I bought on April 2008). Anybody has some advice for a 20-24 display? I know Apple display is good but it is too expensive for me.

only for text edit and very light picture editing. the price range is from 200-600 bucks.

Coincidence? I think not.

At work I have 2 23" Cinema Displays, at home I have 1 24" Dell 2408WFP monitor. I would recommend the Cinema Displays first, but ultimately I am satisfied with either.

for that price range you can get a nice dell or samsung with quality good enough for your needs..
