It won't matter where you buy, you better have a way to return it because there is no way to know it won't arrive defective

crucial.com
macsales.com

Both will help you find the right memory and I believe both ship internationally.

urang bandung ya a? bukan kota kecil itu mah haha :D
beli di crucial.com aja, dikasih tau barang2 yg bisa masuk di laptop kita
harganya juga gak terlalu mahal kok, masih bisa dibilang terjangkau ;)

*apologies for the foreign language used*

Just go to About this Mac and if it says there is 8GB of RAM it should be working. Or you can go to system information in utilities and go to memory and see. But if you're computer is running fine the RAM is working.

so that's it ?
if after i installed the RAM then my mac boot normally that's mean its ok ?
there's no software or anything to test the speed or etc ?

You can test RAM, but if you experience no system instability or don't have any problems booting, your RAM is fine.

RAM either works or it doesn't. RAM speed is set by the logicboard so you don't need to test it, it'll run whatever speed it is clocked to, in your case 1066mhz.

can someone who has done this on a 2011 MBP say what size phillips screwdriver they used i see many different reports but on the apple site and manual they dont specify a size

Hop onto ifixit.com, all screwdriver sizes are included in their instructions. Alternatively, your user manual has such instructions as well.
