Dear Macrumors forum,
I have a Macbook pro 2018 with touchbar. I was wondering wether there is a terminal command or 3rd party app that can control the auto white balance / focus and color settings on the built-in webcam of the macbook. I know this was possible on older macbook models with programs as 'OBS virtual camera'.
I read rumors that it was not possible to adjust these settings in newer macbook models that contain a T1/T2 chip. In this case, I'm often in a setting with a dark background and my webcam keeps trying to auto white balance when I'm moving in the room, which looks strange for viewers. If someone here knows more, please let me know.
Greetings,
Jerome
