Itunes large library restriction:
I was told earlier this week by the apple tv and itunes support groups that there is a restriction on being able to see your movie count under TV-->Library. If you own over 3,500 movies in itunes you will either be told you have no videos or the count will be incorrectly shown. This is a known issue at apple and they do not consider it to be a bug.
The recommendation is to file a feedback request to have them add a 4k category on the apple tv under Movies Itunes-->Purchased. This makes more sense to me than going into the tv app to see your 4k count. Apple and Itunes support suggest users leave feedback at:

Select Apple TV and fill out the form. For the feedback type, use the dropdown and select: Request a feature or enhancement
Put in verbage about wanting to see a 4k filter option under the Movies Itunes-->Purchased section on apple tv.
I urge apple tv users to do this now even if your overall movie count is not close to 3500. With enough of the same request, I hope they add this as a feature. I haven't been able to see my 4k count in over 2 months and I'm somewhere around 500 total 4k movies there.
