i am wanting to jailbreak my iphone 4 on beta 2 for just a few things ... i am just wondering will it be hard to un-jailbreak if i decide to ? to me it seems as if all you would do is restore the phone to beta 2 and then backup from an iphone file? if anyone has done this or knows how can you please tell me? thanks in advance :D

to remove a jailbreak, you just restore

make sure the backup you use after restore is a backup older than your jailbreak, if you restore a backup you did after you jailbreak, some traces of jailbreaking will come back.
