Please tell me where to find "Login Items" folder

I wanted to download a program called DashboardStarter 1.0, but I need to know where to place that application. Where is the "Login Items" folder?

Dashboard is a great addition to Tiger. Unfortunately it takes several seconds to load and refresh the widgets the first time you bring up Dashboard. DashboardStarter is a small application that brings up Dashboard and closes it right away. Drag the app to your login items and have Dashboard load the widgets in the background.
