For anyone in the DC area wanting one, the Bethesda Row store has a whole crate of them, available for walk-ins, and as of 2:45pm, I just walked in, picked up my reserved phone, they did the number transfer, and I was out in 10 minutes. No walk-in line, either. No more bumpers, though.
