Plex Fullscreen on Display #2 Menubar Stuck (Mavericks 10.9)

I have Plex fullscreen on an external display, however the menubar remains visible. I've tried quitting, relaunching, making it windowed then full screening it again and I just can't get it to disappear.

Is this an issue affecting other users of Plex?

Had no idea you could disable having the menubar over multiple displays! Thank you.
