Plex in Conjunction with iTunes

Hi,

I recently started using Plex, and have noticed that some of the sources dont show up correctly, and Im starting to wonder if I am able to use both, or do I have to choose which app (Plex & iTunes) I will use.

Does anyone have a running iTunes+Plex system? And if so how is it organized and tagged?

Its like Front Row on steroids. With a lot more support and functionality. Very powerful playback too.
