Plist preference problem?

Hi,

Every so often I get these plists that show has being corrupted.
and my diagnostic software says they should be deleted.
I delete them always but it's getting annoying.

I did a search and found nothing. Strange, because the date they re-generate is usually before when I purchased my MAC.

Anyone? Thanks
