Pls help on my decision

There are 2 second hand Macbook Pro 13. Both of them are 2018 i5 2.3GHZ and 512G SSD. The difference of these 2 are followings.
1. 16G RAM but no Apple Care $1320
2. 8G RAM with Apple Care to 2020 Apirl $1200

So if you were me, you would buy 1 or 2? I don't do video editing but I always open many browsers with many tabs.

no apple care is ok? Cos it is an 2nd hand, i am afraid of any problem after I buy it

It’s only a few months of AppleCare. Something could go wrong I guess. What about a new MacBook Air? There are some good deals to be had on those.
