Plug in to invert colors but preserve graphics

Is there a plug in for OS X that allows you to invert colors while preserving graphics in their normal coloring?

Searched around and couldn't find anything. Being that Andoird and Windows does this I assume there must be a way to get OSX to do it through a third party?
