Having a hell of a time finding a dock that will work successfully with my Mac Studio. With my Caldigit TB3+ my monitors wont wake on sleep, which means the only workaround is not to sleep the computer, which seems less than ideal. Caldigit support was able to replicate the issue and says its an OS issue supposedly.
In the meantime I thought I'd try another dock which works fine with my 2019 Macbook Pro and seemed to work fine earlier this week in testing when I had the Caldigit dock also plugged in, it actually seemed to wake from sleep ok where the Caldigit still wasn't. So I thought I'd swap it out.
To my dismay, running the Plugable by itself, the Mac Studio only seems to want to show 1 of the 2 displayport monitors, and even when doing so keeps flashing in and out changing resolutions of the one display as it seems to recognize, and then not recognize the second display. Even when its recognized no image shows up and its stuck in a constant loop, rendering it unusable.
Has anyone else had any issues with docks and the Mac Studio? I've got a work system so I'm trying to share space and peripherals but I might have to find another solution, or go back to the Caldigit dock in the meantime.
