plugged iPhone, lots all contact

this morning i plugged my iPhone into my computer to charge, i went to send an sms to my friend and i couldn't find her contact anywhere on my phone (i have mobile me)

so i went onto apple website and fallowed instructions how to restore my iphone and i did that but still nothing, and since i have mobile me it updated my address book on my macbook to same as on the iPhone and all my contact are gone

anything i can do to get it back

If you have a backup from a while ago somewhere, you could try restore from that. That's pretty much your only option

Are you using Time Machine? If so, go back to when you last had your contacts, go to User > Library > Application Support > AddressBook > MetaData, and all of your contacts will be there.
If not, I don't know what else you can do. Yo can try restoring your phone from a backup again, but don't let it sync to MobileMe. If you still have your contacts there, then try syncing with your computer.
