hi does anyone know how to make the windows vista (through boot camp) appear on TV using the mini DVI-svideo adapter and cable .
I have got it working on the Mac ( using leopard ) thats easy almost automatically.
But i need to connect also to a TV while using in Windows Mode but whatever I try does not seem to work ..

so if anyone has any ideas that would be great
thanks Mark

Apparently not Window compatible

I've been trying to solve the same problem, assuming that the Apple salesman knew what he was talking about, but apparently he didn't, and apparently it will only work on the Apple side.

video adaptor is not compatible with windows vista

I have exactly the same problem and wasted a lot of time. i went to the macstore and he checked with a bunch of cables and adaptors. finally he told mac is going to release and updation for windows to solve the problem of adaptor in the near future
if anyone comes to know any solution please inform
thanks

based on what i've researched. Some have speculated that while apple provided the drivers for video, the windows system doesnt have total access to the video drivers. I dont know if thats true or not but something i've heard.

Im using a macbook and i was able to get a very distorted wallpaper image. so its getting some action but something isnt going through. Its been almost 8 months since leopard came out and apple still hasnt given a fix to the solution(when was the last time they even gave an update to bootcamp?)

So right now i think outputting is sol on windows.
