I was annoyed by the fact that a lot of video players on the web don't offer an AirPlay button in Safari, so I built a browser extension to fix this. As I'm Dutch I haven't tried it on a lot of non-Dutch websites, but it should work on any website that serves html5 video. Sometimes it's required to disable Flash for a specific website in order to force it to serve video in the right format. Be sure you're running Safari on El Capitan.

Click to Flash found in Apple's Safari Extension gallery has had this functionality since I found it long ago when Safari Extensions were introduced in Safari 5.x
