Plugins out of date

On any page I go to in the forums, Firefox tells me that there is a plugin that is out of date, and needs to be run. So, I go to update plugin, and the only one that needs updating is Adobe Flash.

Well, lucky for me, I'm on PowerPC, and I have the latest one available for PowerPC.

Anything I can do about this?
