Plz Help! My iPhone 4.2.1 dose not have shsh!

Hi, I really need some help and advice here!
I just got home with a brand new iPhone and
wanted to save shsh with tinyumbrella.
All works perfect but tinyumbrella saves only
one shsh file for me and its called "iPhone4 4.3" !!!
My iphone has version 4.2.1 and I want to save shsh 4.2.1
to be able to go back to 4.2.1

Am I doing something wrong!? Can you please tell me
what you think?

No, TU can only save shsh's that apple is releasing.
At that moment the latest firmware is 4.3 and that's all you can grab from Apple even though your phone is on 4.2.1
Stay on 4.2.1 and JB untethered using Greenpoison.
But make sure you dont need to restore cause you will never be able to restore back to 4.2.1
Only 4.3 and higher.

This is a bad news for me I thought that my iphone had a 4.2.1 firmware and therefor I already had shsh 4.2.1 !

Now I need to ask you for another advice. I live in france and I have a locked iPhone. I can officially get it unlocked on 6th of April. For this My telephone company will ask me to connect my iphone to itunes and get it unlocked.

Can I do this with a jailbroken iPhone? Should I wait for this before jailbraking?
Or can I jailbrake now?

yes you can still connect a jailbroken phone to Itunes that includes factory unlocking one. so wait till april 6th. even if you were to get it unlocked a factory unlock is a 100 times better! you can jailbreak now!
