Of all the PMG5's IMHO the LCS versions, in my experience(at least one of the two I have) have given me the most grief. They can be a PIA! It was running ok ran ASD(LCS was rebuilt), now it's over heating and shuts down. I did notice the fan for the drive bay was running at full prior, Also I've never encountered this one, the logic board LED is lit faintly(all the time), will light brightly when removing the clear shield(as it should). could this be the upper sensor in the drive bay or maybe a logic board quirk. i bought a board off eBay awhile back. I just replaced the Lite-on PSU with an AC/BEL unit(has the same specs), just yesterday, because there was some sort of an issue with the original

or maybe the Airflow Detector Board is bad? but it does light up brighter when removed?
