I have been looking for a good picture to ico. converter on the web does anyone know of any good freeware or software programs?

you have to install them yourself, pop in the install CD and open the disk icon on your desktop, if you scroll down you should see developer tools, or something like that...


or you could try pic2icon, just google it...

GraphicConverter is not free, but it is fully functional nagware if you don't pay.
