Pocket PC sync

Ok, I'm a recent switcher (last night) and I am looking for a decent app to sync my toshiba e740 with my powerbook. I haven't used my pda in a while because I switched over to the firefox/thunderbird/sunbird line on my pc and had no good way to sync any contacts without using a M$ product.

I really would like something free, but I guess I could pay a bit if it really was worth it.

FYI, I looked at Pocketmac but wanted to get a second opinion.
