About a year ago I moved into the MAC world. At that same time I also moved for the sake of compatibility from the PocketPC PDA to a Palm PDA. For obvious reasons I have moved back to a PocketPC and am trying to get a program which will sinc with my macintosh Entourage data.
Dec 6 I purchased Pocketmac pro ($41.99 charged to my credit card at the time I clicked on the purchase icon). I have attempted to register the program on 2 different computers, using different internet communication links. The app downloads fine but when I try to open the program I get the message:
PROCUCT ACTIVATION ERROR - Please try in a few minutes; the server has not finished processing your order
Filled out a "support ticket" 4 days ago, so far no response. Bulletin board support no help, called and left 3 telephone messages with Pocketmac - they will not answer the phone or respond by calling you back. 4 days later I finally got an email:

May I suggest filling out a support ticket at: http://www.pocketmac.net/
support.htm
which will help get an engineer to assist you promptly.
Anyone have any recommendatons? My goal is to have Pocket PC 2003 data synchronised with my mac, preferrably Entourage
