Podcast Cellular Data

I am trying to use the Apple podcast app cause it syncs to my Mac but it is frustrating me on my iphone.

The pop up saying that cellular data is turned off always pops up. However it is turned on in the cellular data section in settings as well as the podcast settings.

Furthermore the toggle on the cellular data settings will not turn off. I've tried to toggle it and every time I disable it turns back on automatically.

I've seen some others with the data auto turning back on but now fixes.

I don't get that pop-up on 8.1. in the podcast app but I know what you're talking about. I listen to podcasts on cellular all the time.

I think I recall that there may be an app-specific setting for cell data as well, not just the top level setting. I could be mis-remembering...but check the Podcast settings just in case.

Yea that one is toggled on as well. Running 8.1.
