Does anyone know, if the Apple Watch will come with a Podcast client app?

For me that would be a big deal, I listen normally to Podcasts all the time when I do workouts at the gym or do some running outside and use my iPod nano for that. The iPhone is just too big for using while doing workouts (especially the 6plus I use now) and I don't want to use some of those armbands, so I just continue using the iPod nano which size is just perfect for that.

However what bothers me is that I still have to sync the iPod nano all the time over a cable to have the latest episodes on it, which is especially annoying because I listen to a lot of Podcasts coming from the US (for example the ones from TWiT) and since I live in Europe many new episodes are released when I am asleep. This way when I want to have them on my iPod when I go to the gym in the afternoon after work I would have to boot up my computer in the morning just to sync my iPod.

So what I always wanted to see was something like an iPod nano on which I could update subscribed Podcasts and download new episodes directly. The Apple Watch looks like it could be that device and at least Tim Cook also confirmed in his interview with Charlie Rose, that listening to music over BT headsets when going out for a run doesn't require an iPhone nearby.

So anyone saw, heard or read something about Podcasts on the Apple Watch?
