iPod Podcast Sync?

I just got a new Nano and this is my first iPod that does not have enough room to stor emy entire library.

When i try to sync podcast is always tellimg me i do not have enough room. My seetings are as follows.

1. Only sync last 3 unplayed
2. Sync the following Podcasts

This works fine until i select This Week in Tech. It trys to transfer every single podcast. To test i only select TWiT and its has copied 23 of 64 podcasts. Why is it copying all of them when its only suppose to do the last 3 unplayed. Currently only 2 are marked unplayed.

I've just been having the same problem. Should only be copying 100Mb's worth of unplayed podcasts (I have several feeds subscribed) - but it actually ends up using ~500Mb!

I suspect it's a bug.

For now I've switched back to copying the '3 most recent' podcasts... even though it's selects more podcasts, it actually copies/uses less space on the iPod.
