iPod Podcast wont leave me!

ok lol so my podcast wont leave me alone.

I downloaded, no i subscribed to my 1st podcast. (apples earnings report) and it gets uploaded into my iPod, i delete it and same thing again....I have my iPod set on manual update but the little sneaky bastard keeps loading itself in there. lol

whats the deal?
