Podcasts App in iOS 8 - Possible Bug?

Firstly while on iOS 7 I was using Downcast but as iOS 8 had the Podcasts App pre-installed I thought I would give it a try.

The issue I have is, I watch a Podcast on my iPad and then delete it. I then go on to my iPhone and load the Podcasts App and the Podcast I deleted from the iPad also deletes from the phone. The problem is when it deletes it then immediately starts downloading again.

Can anyone else reproduce this? Or even know of a fix?
