Podcasts app MIA

Is 8.4 supposed to have the Podcasts app built in? I've been trying to find it but it's not showing up in the App Store and it's not on my device.

The strange thing is what I see when I search the App Store (see attached photo). Nothing happens when I tap "open podcasts".

Check your restrictions and make sure Podcasts are enabled.

Settings > General > Restrictions
