Universal Podcasts App No Longer Updates BBC Newshour

I know this is a long shot. I listen to exactly one Podcast: BBC Newshour. It's just right for my morning cycling workout.

The last BBC Newshour podcast my iPhone XR (14.5.1) has is for Monday, May 17th. Same with my iPad. However, Podcasts on my iMac are updated to the current one which is May 20th. I downloaded the Overcast app on my iPhone and it is also showing the current (May 20th) podcast.

Here's what I've tried:

• Force quitting the Podcasts app
• Unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the Newshour podcast
• Rebooting the iPhone
• Deleting and re-installing the Podcasts app

Other podcasts I've checked seem to update normally.

Any ideas?
