Podcasts Stutter when played in iTunes

In the last two days 3 of my podcasts have had problems playing. They will play fine or the first minute or so, only for it to then repeat a half second of audio over and over. The video also freezes to a single frame. My computer, a windows, doesn't freeze and I am able to stop the podcast however trying to play it again doesn't remedy the problem.

Anyone else have this problem recently?

I have reported it to Apple but I doubt it is a major problem.
