err? just put the rss file on your own domain why are you looking for someone else to host the file for you?

There are probably scripts that can write it for you but it isnt really hard at all to do it manually

also if you have blogging software installed on your server you could check if it support podcasting, i think wordpress does?

If you're using OS X and iLife, why not use Garageband+iWeb? The rss tags are added in automatically, and you could publish the feed to your folder, rather than .mac. It works for me flawlessly.
