Both accessories enhance usage of your iPhone 3G/3GS on a desktop. Not really of much use for people who are typically on-the-go and not working full-time at a desk most of the week. I've been using both the Podium stand and magnifier for a couple months now at work and highly recommend both, especially for iPhone video apps and streaming tv (SlingPlayer Mobile).
