Poetic case for 6 plus...great customer service!!

I got the clear white atmosphere case on Tuesday. In the past have had hit and miss success with poetic. With a few android phones the lip would hang but not with this case it was hard as a rock! Very solid!! However, it had a weird sticky residue on the back I to clean off and a few small spots on the white frame were miscolored, just a little but it got me thinking the case was possibly used. I first thought it was the plastic stretching and therefore the white was changing color slightly and then the side buttons were very difficult to push and this is something I usually don't mind! I took the case off a couple of times to clean it up due to how it looked and the phone was just too loose in it each time. So I figured $10 down the drain! I was very disappointed! The case had potential!
But wait!!!
I'm bored at work Thursday evening and still searching for that magical case for the 6 plus! I emailed poetic from Amazon and explained how the case arrived they replied within 12 hours! They apologized and said they would send a new out asap!! Well just arrived!! This time it had plastic on it to tear off and it looks great! I'm currently waiting one other case..."twine" before I decide which to use daily! Currently trying out Apples leather dark blue and like it but don't like the bottom exposed! Will post pics soon! Just wanted to let people know poetic did a great job responding to my email of a dud case!!!
